Room Bookings

 We have a number of rooms available, as follows:

Church Hall

This seats up to about 50 adults and is suitable for children’s parties. Chairs and table are available and are normally stacked away.

The cost of booking the church hall is:

£9.20 per hour (Monday to Friday)

£12,00 per hour (Saturdays – it is not normally available for bookings on Sundays)

The hall has a hatch through to our kitchen, and id you require the use of the kitchen there is an extra charge of £12.00 (not per hour).

Church Sanctuary

This seats up to 250.

It can be booked for a one-off donation to church funds of £66.

Church Creche Room

This is a small meeting room capable of seating 8-12 people round a table.

It can be booked for £4.20 per hour (£5.20 at weekends).

Other

The piano may be used for £6.00 per session. 

The minimum donation for any booking is £12.00 and, in addition, for weddings, discos, and parties a deposit of £15.00 will be required which will be returnable less the cost of any breakages and any cleaning required.

Where, in the Booking Officer’s opinion, there is profit or gain, the required donation will be increased by 20%.

Facilities

For each room toilets (including disabled) are nearby. 

Some groups use the Church's Tea and Coffee facilities.  We ask all groups, including Church groups, to pay 20p per cup. 

This will help us maintain these facilities in future.  The payment will on a trust basis and a collection tin/box will in the cupboard.

Safeguarding

To comply with the Safeguarding Policies of the Methodist Church and the Home Office it is now a legal requirement that all users of the Trinity Church buildings should complete & return this declaration.
